Sound Healing Ceremony is a beautiful immersion into the deep states of healing, relaxation, and bliss.

CHANTING CIRCLE
Chanting Circle is a sacred gathering of men and women to chant together, celebrate each other, and celebrate life.
Using Hindu and Buddhist mantras, African lullabies, European folk songs, and Medicine Songs all over the planet, we will reconnect to the Divine Sound, reclaim the power of our voices, and swim in joyful bliss.
We will also be learning NADA YOGA and such techniques as humming, toning, OM chantings, Sacred Vowels, etc.
This class is especially beneficial for those who need to heal 5th chakra, overcome fear of public speaking, learn to express themselves authentically, and create meaningful connection with their own sacred sounds.

ASHTANGA YOGA

Ashtanga yoga is a spiritual practice and an inner journey to the self. The ashtanga method is based on the weaving of body and breath movements into a deepening flow of yoga poses. A dynamic practice, Ashtanga yoga will stretch every corner of your body and mind, inviting you to strengthen areas of challenge and inspire you to live with grace. Akin to a cooking process, the heat generated, the struggle endured and the peace cultivated bring together and reveal the flavour of your being.

ASHTANGA YOGA MYSORE STYLE
“DIVE INTO A SEA OF BREATH…”
Named after the birthplace of the Ashtanga system in Mysore, South India; This is the traditional method taught by Andrea & Damien for learning, deepening and perfecting your Ashtanga practice. It’s essentially a private class in a group setting. The teacher doesn’t lead the whole group as a whole but holds space for practitioners to refine their personal practice. Practitioners are required to know at least the standing sequence to begin Mysore practice. For those wanting to learn Ashtanga or have a refresher, we recommend Intro to Ashtanga. You don’t need to be flexible or know all of the sequence in order to begin. The practice is the biggest teacher and will show you gradually.

INTRO TO ASHTANGA
“WE ALL STARTED FROM THE BEGINNING…”
This a class where we introduce you to the Mysore practice and its tools. Beginners are required to commit to enough classes before they can participate in the Mysore classes, in order to get a better understanding of the practice and its sequence. The idea is that you learn the standing sequence and can join the Mysore morning class, and become autonomous in practice.

The traditional led ashtanga class is recommended for experienced ashtanga practicioner’s. The students are led through the postures in a continuous rhythm by calling out the asana names and count in Sanskrit. In this class you will learn the correct synchronization of the breath and asana, of the traditional ashtanga vinyasa system.

In Fly High Yoga a student uses a belt securely attached to the ceiling to perform numerous sets of poses hanging from the belt.

Meditation and Sound Healing is a beautiful immersion into the deep states of healing, relaxation, bliss. it is an invitation to experience mystical states of awareness, while harmonizing body vibrations, feelings, emotions, and thoughts. You will be guided into a deep and powerful meditation while using the magic of sounds of tanpura, Tibetan singing bowls, enchanting UFO drum, hangman, and various percussions. In some sessions, she will also play harmonium and chant shooting mantras and lullabies used for healing in Buddhism, Yoga, African Healing practices, etc.

In the Intuitive Movement class you will be introduced to ancient and contemporary techniques that emphasize intuitive, healing and cathartic potential of movement— African Healing Dances, Japanese Butoh, Israeli Gaga Movement language, exercises from contact improv, bodypercussion, hands-on technique, isolate motion, pelvic spirals, etc.We will also play with dynamics, intensity, and different qualities of movement: extreme slow motion, legato, staccato, shaking, floating, etc.Through intuitive movement and breath we will create safe conditions for a deep emotional “cleansing”, and release psychosomatic tension in a gentle, fluid and non-aggressive manner.We will awaken and nourish parts of the body that are neglected and atrophied, and restore a sense of physical and psychological harmony.
