從一個簡單的小“warung”開始,現在Warung Laota已經發展成為每個人最喜歡的香港餐廳之一,始終提供優質,新鮮,無防腐劑的食物。

History

“Laota, the dishes you make are so delicious!”
很久以前,老大先生是一名漁夫。在海上航行時,總是為船上的朋友做飯。 “你做的菜真好吃! 為什麼不開餐廳?” 那個時候,老大先生只是想了想。 直到有一天他的那艘船沉沒了。

Tried To Find A Way Out Of Hard Times

1998年這艘船的沉沒和印尼的經濟危機促使老大先生開設了自己的餐廳。 Surya咖啡館&海灘酒吧是他的第一家餐廳。 但餐廳倒閉並於2000年。他沒有信心再次開店。但他的妻子說服他繼續努力。老大先生和太太商量,最後決定賣港式粥,因為當時峇里島還沒有賣。

找到最好的香港粥的配方。 Warung Laota就誕生了。
Warung Laota終於2002年成立,當時只有4張桌子和7個服務員,包括老大先生本人。

2002 年第一家分店在Tuban地區開業,非常靠近Ngurah Rai國際機場。 Laota tuban 眾所周知的,不僅位置容易到達,而且是24小時開放。香港粥是老大的名菜。活海鮮由最好的廚師烹製,並在餐桌上新鮮供應。

開放式廚房展示在戶外區域,食客渴望看到廚師如何準備粥、cakwe 和烤鴨。不僅室外,室內區域也可供想要享受空調的人使用。此外,二樓設有貴賓區,適合家庭/商務聚會但需要提前一天預訂。老大Tuban也提供酒精和當地葡萄酒。

在日落大道的第二家分店於2012年5月中旬開業。日落大道眾所周知,因為離Legian/Seminyak/Canggu地區都不遠。

Warung Laota Sunset Road 開放時間為上午 8 點至晚上 11 點。香港粥是Warung Laota的名菜。活海鮮由最好的廚師烹製,並在餐桌上新鮮供應。
