With more than 20 years working in the Spa industry both internationally and locally, Lany has extensive experience as a highly qualified Spa Therapist, Trainer, Operations Manager and business owner of The Nest Beachside Spa, The Nest Boutique Spa and The Nest Signature Spa.  As well as working in Bali, Lany is CIBTAC qualified at Cleopatra’s Spa in Dubai has worked in the Maldives and Dubai with some of the leading names in Hotel and Spa hospitality; namely Conrad, W, Six Senses and Martha Tillaar. Lany is also a qualified ‘Yogi’, having undertaken Yoga teacher training in the Himalaya’s. Serenity Candle Massage (90 minutes)

  • A full body massage with medium pressure designed to nourish and rehydrate the skin. A special candle is burned to release a body butter and its essential oil, which is then gently poured and massaged onto the body. This is excellent for the reduction of stretch marks, especially after pregnancy, improves skin elasticity and restores sun-damaged skin through the regeneration of skin cells.

Warm Stone Massage (90 minutes)

Pre-Treatment Instructions :

Pre-treatment guidelines are important to follow, so you can get the best results from your service. 遵循治療前指南非常重要，這樣您才能從服務中獲得最佳效果。

  • 1.  Avoid Accutane in the six months prior to beginning your treatment sessions. Check with your prescribing physician.
  • 2.  Do not use topical agents that may increase the sensitivity of your skin such as retinoids, exfoliants, topical antibiotics or hydroxy acids 3-5 days prior to your treatment.
  • 3.  Avoid IPL/Laser procedures, unprotected sun exposure, or sunburn for at least 2 weeks prior to your procedure.
  • 4.  No waxing, depilatory creams, or electrolysis to the area being treated for 5 days prior.
  • 5.  Do not shave the day of the procedure to avoid skin irritation.
  • 6.  Keep makeup to a minimum day of the treatment if possible.
  • 7.  Do not experiment with new products before the treatment.
  • 8.  Avoid alcohol and blood thinners 24-48 hours before the treatment.

Post Treatment Instructions :

Recommendations :::

  • ​Do not apply makeup for up to 24 hrs after treatment. You can cleanse your face 6 hours after treatment or before bed time with a gentle cleanser and tepid water. Use serums or recommended products per your skin therapists directions. Continue to wear SPF 30+ daily.

Up to 48 hrs after :::

  • ​•  Do not apply cold compresses or ice packs to skin.
  • •  Avoid taking ibuprofen or other anti-inflammatories.
  • •  Apply a physical SPF 30+ during the day, after 24 hours (and cleansing your face).

After 72 hrs :::

  • • Avoid sweaty exercise and sun exposure.
  • •  Avoid active skin care (including AHA/BHAs, exfoliants, Vitamin A, Retinol, etc.)
  • •  If you must wear make-up, use mineral-based, oil-free make-up.
  • •  Do not pick or peel skin during the healing process.

  • Experience an authentic, century old Balinese Boreh energising treatment that is still used today as a health remedy. A traditional warm spice exfoliation and wrap helps to relieve tension, aches and increase blood circulation. While cocooned in the wrap, enjoy a scalp massage followed by a relaxing massage.

Seaweed Body Wrap (2 hours 15 minutes)

  • A Sea Salt body exfoliation enhances the penetration of seaweed minerals and follows with a Seaweed Body Mask to help detoxify, re-mineralize and eliminate water retention.
