Body Temple Signature Treatments

Tropical Glow Body Treatment – 140 min

A true tropical treatment using products native to Bali. Start with a refreshing foot bath and scrub to relieve tired toes. Continue with a 60 minute relaxing Balinese style massage with pure coconut oil to deeply moisturise the skin. Next rejuvenate your skin with a coconut and salt body scrub to expose your skin’s underlying healthier layers. After removing the scrub with warmed towels, a fine body polish scented with frangipani and coconut is applied giving your body a tropical glow.

Balinese massage uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure, reflexology, and aromatherapy to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and “qi” (energy) around your body and bring a sense of wellbeing, calm and deep relaxation

Sport Massage – 60 min / 90 min

Deeper pressure is beneficial in releasing muscle tension. The focus with this massage is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). Assists with quicker recovery after exercise

Starting with a gentle and efficient cream textured body scrub that will eliminate dead skin cells and is suitable for even the most sensitive skin. After the exfoliation is removed, a hydrating body massage is carried out using a conditioning body cream. Ear Candling – 45 min

Relax and unwind with this safe and eff ective procedure that gently removes excess ear impurities. Start the treatment with face massage moving from one side to another to relax the nerve system connected to the ear, followed by gentle head massage fi nishing with the ear candling. The soft heat warms the ear canal and impurities are pulled into the unburned portion of the candle. Benefi cial for suff ers of sinusitis, Itchiness, irritation, headache and motion sickness.
