Sundara Afternoon Tea for FIT

- Venue at Sundara and Taman Wantilan, time slot at 13:00-14:00, 14:00-15:00, and 15:00-16:00
Terms & Conditions:
- Child of age 5 – 12 years will be charged 50% of above meal rates, when dining with parents.
- Not valid on festive event, currently on Dec 24, 25 and 31 and January 1. Additional date TBA.
- Seat reservations will be subject to availability upon making reservation.
- Guests paying this rate would not be allowed to use Swimming Pool facilities.
- The space will be held 15 minutes from the booking time, if the group doesn’t show up, the space will be released and open for other bookings.
Payment Conditions:
- GIT booking: minimum of 30% deposit is required to block the space and balance payment is required 14 days prior to the event.
- FIT booking: full pre payment is required upon confirmation, minimum 1 day prior.
Cancellations:
- The Operator agrees to notify the Resort by e-mail, facsimile, or written notice of any cancellations.
- 50% cancellation fee will be applied for any reservations cancelled within 48 hours prior to the function for FIT booking.
- 100% cancellation fee will be applied for any reservations cancelled within 24 hours prior to the function for FIT booking.
- Group booking cancellation policy will be stated upon bookings on the invoice & banquet event order.
