Dapur Raja在印尼語意為“國王的廚房”，在真正的富麗堂皇的環境中飽食地道的峇里島美食，大飽口福。餐廳採用傳統裝飾，提供印尼風味的“ Rijsttafel”，一種精緻的多道菜餐點，特色菜是當地美食和古老的食譜。嘗試特色的峇里島美食，如黃米，Urab，甜豆餅和豆腐，還有峇里島的烹飪核心美食：babi guling(乳豬)和bebe betu betutu(香料鴨)。也有素食Rijsttafel選項，以及單點菜色。
