As the sun sets, Hiiiragi transforms into a Fusion Japanese-Peruvian dining experience, known internationally as Nikkei cuisine. The lighting becomes dimmer, the ambience more intimate, and the menu shifts to showcase the rich and complex flavours of authentic Japanese-Peruvian cuisine.
Our 6 pm to 11 pm menu features an array of mouth-watering dishes, crafted with the freshest ingredients and prepared with a level of precision that truly reflects the essence of Nikkei cooking. With the highest culinary standards, Hiiragi is among the best restaurants in Bali.

During this activity, we will show you how to prepare this Balinese scrub and mask.
