About Us
Dugong Lounge & Bar通過創新的菜單提供輕鬆的共享用餐體驗。為了鼓勵更社交的用餐方式，菜餚以較小的份量呈現，並放在桌子中間以供分享。
與Dugong餐廳的飲食理念保持一致，當地食材和印度尼西亞的傳統風味是全天菜單的靈感來源。懸崖邊的位置與廣闊的海景相得益彰，為放鬆身心和觀賞峇里島神奇的日落提供了迷人的環境。
選擇與冰鎮飲料的美味搭配，可推薦Crispy Prawns with chilli sauce辣椒醬脆皮大蝦、Hamachi Ceviche和金槍魚韃靼Tuna Tartare搭配酪梨和薄荷。配上清爽的白葡萄酒或招牌雞尾酒，主廚的Soy Tuna大豆金槍魚與白蘿蔔daikon、薑花和醬油相得益彰。

Dugongs是中型素食哺乳動物vegetarian mammals ，生活在印度洋的溫暖水域。它們的行為和外表與海牛manatees相似，但有鯨魚般的尾巴。
