ABOUT KHAO:
從家鄉泰國黎逸府Roi Et遠道而來,這裡以茉莉香米jasmine rice和各種香料而聞名。在家裡,我們使用高度傳統的烹飪方法,搭配前幾代人傳承下來的正宗醬汁配方。
從10歲起就開始了烹飪之旅,幫助父母在廚房準備香料。16 歲時,已經在泰國無數最好的餐廳廚房工作。現在,經過30多年的經驗,只想與大家分享最好的烹飪傳統。
在Khao,只使用來自峇里島及其周邊地區的當地最好的食材。相信所有原料都是新鮮的,並且盡可能有機。每天,都透過非常傳統的泰國菜口味創造難忘的用餐體驗。 – Thongphun Thanatdi 通蓬·塔納迪 –

Thongphun Thanatdi擁有近30年在泰國和國際上烹調精緻泰式菜餚的經驗,曾在杜拜和加州的泰國餐廳工作。他認為母親對他的影響最大,因為她是一位出色的家庭廚師,教他如何帶出食材的真正味道。
主廚 Thongphun 表示,泰國菜的關鍵在於精心挑選最優質、最新鮮的食材,並以敬畏和愛的態度處理它們。
