Along with this email, we would like to inform you that starting Wednesday 3rd October 2018 onwards we will open for afternoon tea for our outside guest with terms and conditions below:
o Afternoon tea will ONLY be available at Sangkar Restaurant from 14:00 to 16:00
o To maintain the ambience of our restaurant, we only accept bookings up to a maximum of 6 guests for each reservation (We will not be able accommodate larger group)
o Only cars with capacity up to 6 guest will be allowed to enter our resort, and bus or minibus will not be allowed
o Reservation in advance are required
o Pre-payment in advance minimum 24 hour prior arrival will be required in order to secure the reservation due to limited availability (20 guests maximum per day)
o In case of delay of the arrival time, please inform the restaurants directly
Cancellation Policy:
o Cancellation within 24-hour or no-shows will be charged in full amount
o In case of unused reservations, no reimbursement will be processed
Afternoon tea will be served in a set menu format and available for outside guest.
