MASSAGES

Balinese Full Body Massage – 50 mins + shower

Using our favourite Balinese massage style and essential oil from the iconic jasmine flower, our therapists incorporate a variety of techniques to induce ultimate relaxation and ease muscular tensions and aches. A planet away from the Bali beach massage – end with a warm shower.

Balinese Full Body Massage – 80 mins + shower

Using the same Balinese techniques, this is a longer massage that gives the therapist more time to work on specific areas of tension and stress. This treatment ends with a warm shower.

Exfoliation Massage (Mandi Lulur) – 2 hours

A luxurious pampering experience originally reserved for Indonesian royalty – this treatment begins with a 75 minute Balinese massage, before the entire body is painted in a brown, granular paste (the traditional Javanese ‘lulur’) containing turmeric, sandalwood, cinnamon, ground nuts and rice. The paste is gently rubbed to exfoliate the skin. After a quick rinse, the body is covered in fresh yoghurt. The enzymes stimulate cell activity and restore the pH balance of the skin, which feels as soft as silk after the yoghurt is washed away. The final step is relaxing in a warm, fragrant, flower-filled bath.

Aromatherapy Massage – 75 mins + bath

This treatment harnesses the healing power of plants by using essential oils to help strengthen the body’s healing potential and deepen relaxation. Choose from a variety of carefully crafted premium quality blends to suit your personal needs (headache & migraine, jetlag, PMS, cold & flu etc). This treatment includes a warm aromatherapy bath.

Tension Release Massage – 80 mins + shower

This massage combines Japanese Shiatsu palm pressing and pressure points along the energy meridian lines followed by a firm and deeply releasing oil massage to soothe sore and tired muscles. Ideal for those who prefer a bit of a stronger massage experience. End this treatment with a warm shower.

Thai Massage – 80 mins + shower / 110 mins + shower

A Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than other classic forms of massage. Using no oil, the therapist will use her skilled hands, knees, legs and feet to guide you into a series of yoga-like stretches.

Hot Stone Massage – 80 mins + shower

Hot stone therapy is a powerful massage technique that involves heated riverbed stones. The effects of this ancient form of healing have been proven to release tension in muscles, increase blood circulation, trigger relaxation response in the nervous system and restore fluidity to the connective tissue joints. You will find it a wonderful alternative to your normal massage schedule.

Shiatsu Massage – 80 mins + shower

Our Shiatsu massage is a traditional Japanese finger pressure massage using slow, deep penetration of key points along the acupuncture meridians. The dispersing of excess or blocked energy can promote circulation to deficient or under-active areas of the body, stimulate the immune system and restore balance.

Bodyworks Bliss Massage – 50 mins + shower

Double the hands, double the bliss – the synchronized movement and skills of two therapists working on your body make this a truly unique massage experience.

Pregnancy Massage – 50 mins + shower

This is a very gentle massage for expectant mothers using side-lying techniques. For the first trimester, we suggest using our non-scented oil only. As for the second and third trimester, we have a pregnancy-safe aromatherapy oil designed to calm and release muscle tension. End the massage with a hot shower.

Slimming and Exfoliation Massage – 120 mins

This treatment begins with a 30-minute full body anti-cellulite scrub enriched with green tea, ginkgo biloba, Japanese seaweed and bamboo micro beads. The scrub is buffed off the body with warm towels and a detox body mask and serum is applied. The body is then fully covered in sarongs to infuse the serum while receiving a 10-minute scalp massage. The mask contains high antioxidant tea extract and French white clay, these active ingredients help to stimulate circulation and detoxify the body. This is rinsed off, followed by a 50-minute full body massage and fragrant flower-filled bath.

Anti-Cellulite Body Scrub – 60 mins

This is a 30-minute anti-cellulite body scrub, enriched with green tea, ginkgo biloba, aloe vera and bamboo, followed by a 10-minute shower and 20-minute body hydration massage. This treatment helps to tone, detoxify and stimulate circulation in cellulite problem areas.

Back Massage – 30 mins / 60 mins

A treatment to relax and release tension in the back, neck and shoulder areas.

Foot Massage – 30 mins / 60 mins

For a more gentle alternative to reflexology, enjoy our relaxing foot massage.

Soothing Foot Treatment – 30 mins

A treat for your feet! A relaxing foot scrub, bath soak and massage in the chair with soothing balm for relieving sore, tired feet.

Reflexology – 30 mins / 60 mins

Reflexology is based on the belief that each body part is represented on the feet and that pressing on specific areas of the foot can have therapeutic effects on other parts of the body. Tender points can be a sign that stress and its effects have begun to accumulate in the corresponding parts of the body. Reflexology aids the release of toxins from the major organs in the body, increases circulation and improves overall health.

Bodyworks Manicure

A luxurious and thorough manicure with expert treatment from the cuticle to the tip of your nails, our manicure also includes a hand and arm massage to improve circulation. Nails are shaped to your taste, polished to perfection and finished with a clear top-coat for lasting shine.

Sports Manicure

A polish-free manicure using nail buffers to give the nails a natural high gloss shine. Buffing rids the nail surface of jagged edges, and is also reported to stimulate the growth of healthier nails. A perfect treatment for men as well.

OPI Gel Manicure

Enjoy all the benefits of the Bodyworks manicure, but using gel polish instead. Gels are long-lasting polishes cured under ultraviolet lamps. This curing process hardens the polish and gives it a high-shine gloss that lasts for up to two weeks without chipping. No drying time required.

CND Shellac Manicure

Sensatia Botanical Facial – 60 mins

A deep cleansing facial using natural products made on the East coast of Bali. Using extracts of tea tree, lemon and wild honey – suitable for oily, combination and acne prone skin types. A great remedy to combat Bali’s often unforgiving elements.

Biokos Seaweed Facial – 60 mins

This restorative facial includes a specially formulated mask using ingredients from the sea. Seaweed is packed with amino acids, vitamins and minerals, making it an ideal ingredient to hydrate and rejuvenate dry, mature skin.

Biokos Aloe Vera Facial – 60 mins

Creambath – 60 mins

Hair wash followed by a deliciously relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage using a conditioning cream to hydrate your mane. After your massage, a special hair steamer is used to infuse the cream into your hair.

Hair & Scalp Spa – 60 mins

A new concept for hair rebirth – deep conditioning to strengthen hair follicles and nourish the roots. This treatment restores vital oils while normalizing your scalp’s secretions. Give your hair a stronger, shinier look from roots to ends.
