Located in the heart of greater Seminyak area and just 50 meters from Batu Belig beach, EDEN – The Residence at the Sea, is the perfect balance of peace and quiet albeit being a short drive away from key hotspots like the soon to open Café Del Mar and Bali’s best ribs in town, Hog Wild by Chef Bruno.
Comprising of 7 x 3 bedroom villas and 6 x 5 bedroom villas (four of which can be joined into two eight-bedroom private villas), this spacious 13-villa complex is known for its modern edges, stone white walls, and spacious grounds. The Residence at the Sea, is a popular villa complex comprised of 13 individual, two and three-storey luxury villas in Seminyak, Bali. With a total of 51 rooms that can fit 102 pax comfortably, the complex is a highly sought after destination due to its fantastic location.
EDEN is also fully staffed with a warm and welcoming villa team consisting of an operations manager, butlers, housekeepers, engineers, gardeners and 24/7 security. Should you like to dine in, our concierge team can easily organise meals prepared by private chefs at a nominal extra charge. And with private L-shaped pools, lush green gardens, open-plan living rooms, dining area for eight to ten guests, and a rooftop lounge with tub – it makes the perfect setup for a dreamy vacation with friends and family, or for corporate getaways.
